Hyperion Hotel Basel

I recently stayed at the Hyperion Hotel in Basel for a perfect trip to Switzerland. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing tips on nearby activities. The location was great, with easy access to the city center and attractions via the nearby tram stop. The room was comfortable and modern, with a spectacular view. The free tram passes and discounts to local attractions were a nice bonus. The breakfast buffet provided a great variety of food to keep us fueled for the day. a wonderful experience.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options. We especially enjoyed the free minibar and the water facilities in the entrance hall. a wonderful experience.

One downside was the lack of secure WiFi access, which was a bit disappointing.

The restaurant was excellent for a buffet breakfast, we ordered excellent dishes. It was tidy with a clean bathroom.

As someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature, I loved the excellent location of the hotel. The Basel trams stop right in front of the hotel, providing quick and free access to everywhere I needed to go.

Had a nice stay and would absolutely stay here again. Great value hotel, clean, with perfect location really close to the tram station, walk. Extremely comfy beds, climate control, a safe and a writing desk were a nice touch.

We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary public transport cards provided at check-in, making it easy to explore the city. The modern and clean room was a highlight, and the breakfast spread had a great variety of food. The staff, particularly Donna, provided exceptional customer service and even helped us extend our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in Basel and I was extremely impressed. The location of this place was ideal for my needs, as it is situated in the business district, with a tram stop conveniently nearby. Not only that, but it is also within close proximity to the Basel conference center, making it perfect for business travelers like myself. The service provided here was exceptional, with room service available 24 hours a day and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. I especially appreciated the soundproofed rooms, as I was able to get a good night's sleep without any disturbances.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

Had a great stay over Easter at this hotel. the room was super comfortable and had stunning views of the city. the minibar was fully stocked and refilled daily, and we even got a card for free public transportation. the location was perfect, right next to the tram station and easy to get around. Plus, the breakfast spread was amazing with a wide variety of options.

There was a major drawback. the rooms had absolutely no sound insulation, and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms.

My Christmas stay in Basel was truly a memorable experience. the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. the view from my room was absolutely incredible, and I was delighted to find that the minibar was fully stocked and complimentary. Additionally, the hotel provided me with a daily tramway pass, making it incredibly easy for me to explore the city. the location of the hotel was perfect, with the tramway right outside the entrance and just a short ride away from the old town.

Conveniently located near the Messe area and Old Town, with helpful and kind staff at the reception. Clean rooms with complimentary drinks in the minibar. Stylish and modern room, with a nice lounge on the 30th floor. Good bar in the lobby. Good internet provision in spacious rooms.

The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The housekeeping leaves something to be desired with no refill of coffee or tissues during our stay.
